Governor Soludo Leads Anambra Delegation To Rome As Pope Francis Creates Okpalaeke, 19 Others Cardinal

It is not a surprise that the creation of Anambra State which clocked thirty-one years today, coincided with the creation of a new Cardinal,  Peter Okpalaeke by Pope Francis who is the head of the Catholic Church and Sovereign of the Vatican City State since 2013.
Speaking from St. Peters Square, Vatican City, Rome on the two anniversary celebrations, Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo felicitated with the Peter  Cardinal Okpalaeke, one of the two newly created from Africa.
According to the Governor, it is indeed a special day worth celebrating.
He lifted the state to God for his interventions as it continuously march towards a liveable and prosperous homeland. 
Among the Anambra contingent were the Governor's wife, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Ernest Ezeajughi, among others.
